Training for an elite military pipeline is an intense process, and it’s important that you are able to exceed the standard prior to attempting the school. The minimum standard is a basic benchmark designed to know whether you are able to even attempt a course, but time and time again instructors and developers have observed that those who pass are the ones who come in exceeding the standard. The problem with training for a pipeline prior to entering the military is that in between your training and when you start the pipeline is a little thing called Basic Training (BMT if you’re Air Force). Contrary to popular belief, BMT is not physically demanding. Your training will be far more difficult before entering service than it will at BMT. Use this guide to help you find ways to stay in shape while there so you don’t lose any of the progress you made to prepare yourself.
